Many might be prone to high blood pressure. It has also been an issue to everybody.

Hypertension does not consider any race or age. It has been noted in younger generations as well as in older people. A proper diet plan is the best way to lower blood pressure.

The looks of a person does not determine the rise or fall in the levels of blood pressure. The person may look very fine and in the right weight but he will be having a high blood pressure reading. On the other hand the person may be obese but he will be having a natural blood pressure reading.

A good friend of mine felt giddy when he was standing in a line to get tickets.

He has felt this before itself and said that he had these because of the high blood pressure that he suffered days back.

Giddiness, sight problems and tiredness are the problems that arise due to high blood pressure which my friend did not ever have. It’s a good task to lower blood pressure

Hypotension causes giddiness and hypertension is not at all the cause. Giddiness comes in if natural blood pressure goes down. (more…)
