It’s no surprise to my friends and family that I pride myself on living a healthy lifestyle. This is why, I suppose only half-joking, that they refer to my daily Grande coffee from Starbucks as my “vice.”

A friend recently told me to “watch out,” while at Starbucks the other day as I drank my coffee because her doctor told her that coffee can contribute to high blood pressure, or hypertention. And high blood pressure will not prevent heart attack.

Watch out? My friend was telling me this quite literally, as she was exhaling cigarette smoke. Did her doctor mention that this behavior is far more than a contributor to high blood pressure. Will smoking cure hypertension?

Quite likely, my friend’s doctor stressed to her that her weight and smoking habits were contributing to her high blood pressure. Why then did he mention coffee?

As of this post, there have been no studies to support evidence that there is a link between drinking coffee and hypertention.

What has been documented is that coffee can increase blood pressure, although, only slightly AND only temporarily.

These studies also show that this increase in blood pressure goes away over time.

More recent studies have tried to focus on behaviors or habits associated with coffee – coffee and cigarettes and coffee and weight gain. People do tend to do both together. Does this mean coffee causes high blood pressure?

Does this mean that coffee causes hypertention? No – it is not coffee’s fault that some people cannot drink a cup of coffee without partnering it with cigarettes and/or over eating.

While I’m always excited to read about amazing results from people who’ve given up coffee and reduced their blood pressure, I’m even more interested in knowing what other bad behaviors where dropped when these people gave up coffee.

I believe moderation truly is the key as far as coffee (and well, everything) is concerned. I love my coffee and I drink one cup of great coffee every day.

If you are suffering from hypertension, I’d like to recommend my High Blood Pressure Program. This is a completely natural remedy and while simple, it has proven, amazing results.

If you suffer from being overweight as well, I would suggest my Weight Loss Breeze Program.

I’ve spoken with many people who suffer from high blood pressure (hypertension.) However, I also hear from people who suffer from low blood pressure (hypotension.) Often times these people are in the same family. It is always better to have natural blood pressure.

In fact, some people have even remarked that they only WISH they suffered from low blood pressure instead of struggling with hypertension. Afterall, if the heart must not be struggling. These days people are struggling to reduce blood pressure.

The fact is, normalized blood pressure is what we need to obtain.

In the case of low blood pressure, serious damage can occur as inadequate oxygen flow is distributed to vital organs.

A number symptoms can be present as well.

Sufferers complain of irregular heart beat, feeling “confused” and even fainting.

This is significant as it is generally those and other symptoms that tend to lead to the low pressure diagnosis. High blood pressure on the other hand is determined by the actual readings.

Both both high and low blood pressure require monitoring and awareness.

One recommendation for low blood pressure sufferers is to never abstain from breakfast. Starting the day without sufficient energy can take a toll on someone who desperately needs those nutrients. As we all know, this is good advise anyway.

Avoiding positions that further constrict blood flow can also help. For instance, sitting with ankles gently crossed or straight ahead is far better than crossing the legs at the knees.

My High Blood Pressure Program can also make a huge difference. It actually normalizes blood pressure, which is why it can be utilized by both high and low blood pressure sufferers.

You can achieve desired results quickly by using the few basic exercises.

Everywhere I go I see women who are going about their daily routines. Some of these women though, are also negotiating their days while carrying a child or children who are not yet born.

Some women however, are afflicted with complications such as Pregnancy Induced Hypertension. Often times this condition does not allow the mother to continue many or most daily activities. But there are some hypertension remedies available

Pregnancy Induced Hypertension (PIH) also sometimes referred to as preeclampsia or toxemia occurs in about 5 to 10 percent of pregnancies. Chronic hypertension varies from PIH in that it is normally present prior to pregnancy.

Both conditions, however, can pose serious health threats to both mother and baby. There are also cases of gestational high blood pressure which do not necessarily pose the same risks, but can increase the chances of the mother later developing PIH. So it is better to lower blood pressure.

Why PIH poses problems

Blood flow to different systems in the body is hindered with high blood pressure. Because of the lack of blood flow, the baby can suffer too.

Placental abrutpion, premature abruption from the placenta, can occur as a result of inadequate blood flow. The baby’s nutritional needs may not be met in cases of PIH. That can result in the baby being underdeveloped.

Worse, PIH left untreated can lead to seizures, the mother’s death and/or fetal death.

Symptoms of Pregnancy Induced Hypertension (not a complete list):

blurry vision extreme swelling – especially in the ankles protein in the urine increased blood pressure

Normally a number of symptoms are present when diagnosing PIH.

These systems may result in regular trips to the doctor for monitoring to determine if PIH has developed is or likely to develop.

Treatment

Delivery of the baby is almost always if not always necessary to cure PIH, The baby is not usually developed enough though until near the end of pregnancy for this option to be viable.

Bed rest may be in order to help alleviate PIH complications. Even hospitalization is necessary in severe cases.

The stress of a complicated pregnancy affects not just the mother, but those who love them especially the father or partner. I’ve spoken with a number of fathers whose own blood pressure soared as a result of such stress and tension during pregnancy.

Reducing stress can play a big part in the emotional and physical health of a pregnant woman. Most babies are born healthy and leave the parents overjoyed even after a difficult pregnancy. It is vital though not to neglect your pre-natal care.

Whether you are experiencing a normal, healthy pregancy or a more complicated one, my blood pressure program can assist with stress reduction. Both partners can benefit greatly by reducing anxiety during such a sensitive time.

Certain people may be predisposed to hypertension. But it can be a problem for anyone.

High blood pressure (also known as hypertension) knows no racial barriers. Neither is age a barrier as there have been cases of high blood pressure in the very young as well as the very old. A good diet is the only option lower blood pressure.

There is no perfect profile for a person who definitely does or does not have high blood pressure. Think of cases in which someone who was extremely fit actually died of a stroke or heart attack – as a result of hypertension. On the other hand, there are people who would seemingly be excellent candidates – perhaps very overweight and out of shape who posess normal natural blood pressure numbers.

It is a very non-discriminating disease and everyone should apply caution by keeping a frequent check on their blood pressure.

If you detect an increase in blood pressure, there are a number of things to keep in mind before panicking. A single reading is not a clear indicator of your average blood pressure. The measurement of your blood pressure can vary depending when and under what circumstances it was taken.

Pain can create a brief rise in your blood pressure so having it monitored while you have a toothache or a headache can produce misleading results. The same can be said of stress. If you’ve had a long, frustrating day at work your blood pressure might be elevated.

Ideally, your blood pressure should be taken after sitting for at least five minutes. You should never take it just after having a cigarette or drinking anything containing caffeine. Don’t trust a reading that is taken when you are emotionally excited for any reason.

If several readings at different times are abnormally high, then it’s time to address the situation. A number of different contributers may be at play, one of which is carrying too much weight.

Increasing physical activity and shedding even a few pounds can help get hypertension back toward the normal range.

Salt is another potential culprit. Cutting down on the amount can also help reduce blood pressure.

Breakfast cereals, luncheon meat, almost anything that has been processed has had large amounts of sodium added to it. Put down the saltshaker, eat more raw vegetables and fruits and you may be amazed at the effect it will have on your blood pressure.

Simply relaxing can be of huge benefit to overall health including blood pressure. Stress and tension contribute greatly to hypertension.

The mind will also benefit from relaxation. A clear head leads to better decisions in our lives.

A combination of less salt, better exercise and good relaxation can go a long way toward your good health.

A few minutes a day with my High Blood Pressure Progam will bring amazing results. The exercises are easy and can be done almost anywhere.

More and more people are becoming victims of hypertension in the last thirty years or so.

The rise in issues relating to high blood pressure cannot be attributed to genes, because our genes have not changed at all. There are several blood pressure causes

Another reason being used for the increase in hypertension is our change in diet. However, this can not be the entire cause either. Eating a healthy diet may cure hypertension

Fifty to one hundred years ago, many people were eating a lot more fatty food, and there were not nearly this many issues relating to hypertension.

So what could be the reason for the increase in hypertension, if it is not what doctors and the medical community are claiming it to be?

In other words, while genes and diet may have some sort of an effect on the number of people suffering from hypertension today, and the surprising growth over the past thirty years or so, there is a completely different cause that not enough people have made themselves aware of.

The stressful life that we live actually has a surprisingly powerful impact on our bodies and our health, and leading a stressful life can cause hypertension in many people.

This has resulted in the increasing number of people suffering from hypertension in the past thirty years.

Attributing this sudden boom in the disease to diet, genes and other less effective causes will not allow us to overcome a condition that can be treated and cured with the right treatment program.

Our stressful lives can have a significant impact on our health in many ways that we are just beginning to understand.

Before, it was thought that stress was solely an emotional and mental issue. Now, it is obvious that stress can have a significant impact on the physical body, causing diseases like hypertension, ulcers, stomach problems and others.

Fighting these sicknesses will not be by using pills or visiting the doctor, but instead will rely greatly on reducing stress.

The fact that “conventional” treatments are not working is what makes hypertension such a prevalent issue in today’s medical community. People with hypertension are still afflicted with the condition, desperately seeking for answers and cures that the medical community cannot offer them.

I am presenting a totally different program for curing hypertension, which is based on the real, most prevalent cause for hypertension.

The truth about hypertension, what causes it, and why it has become a common condition, and what it really takes to repair the damage done by stress will be revealed in this unique high blood pressure program that I have come up with.

It’s a sad statistic – depending on the study, anywhere from a quarter to one-half of all Americans today are overweight. It’s not just the adults – almost 14% of all children carry more weight than they should, a sharp increase from barely 5% only a few decades ago.

The main factor for this is that exercising is being done less and less by the average american, experts say. And as household income increases, so does the consumption of unhealthy foods.

And while schools are doing their share in combating this problem by requiring students to take up Physical Education or JROTC, the growing number of obese children proves that we need to do more.

It’s a well-known fact that the risk of hypertension is directy related to one’s weight. If more weight is being carried by the body, more work is being done by the heart to counteract it. As time passes, the heart grows larger and weaker.

Hardening of the arteries may also happen, which impedes the blood from circulating around the body.

A Blood pressure reading of over 120/80 mm Hg is an indication of hypertension. An individual with hypertension is more likely to suffer heart attacks, strokes, kidney failure, dementia, blindness, and impotence. One should try to cure high blood pressure naturally.

Studies indicate that overweight individuals are three times more likely to suffer from high blood pressure than those who are healthy. People who are obese should reduce weight to fight high blood pressure.

Conventional hypertension treatments are all over the place. There are medical therapies and suggestions to exercise and eat healthier. But as I’ve mentioned in a previous post, less than one out of every three individuals suffering from hypertension actually avail of these treatments.

Many would frown at the prohibitive prices of some of these treatments, while others would much rather do without the side effects.

How about good old fashioned exercise then to reduce weight? The most well-known answer to that would be, “I’m too lazy”, or “I don’t have time to exercise” which is another way of saying “I’m too lazy.”

So what’s the deal?

I’ve tried some of the treatments mentioned above, like exercise, weight reduction, and healthier diet, and have found that they are effective in lowering blood pressure. Significant improvements can be seen even with just a 10-pound reduction in body weight.

Still, not all of us are willing to part with the little joys in life. That’s where my Natural Blood Pressure Exercise Program comes in.

My exercises don’t involve long hours or vigorous physical activity – actually, they don’t even involve any weight loss. Instead, they effectively lower blood pressure by clearing the body of nerve tension and emotional stress.

It only requires you to dedicate a few minutes each week to do the exercises.

No other treatment has helped me control my hypertension better than these exercises. the program can be accessed by clicking on the link found at the upper-right-hand side of this website.

By doing the exercises, not only will you lower your blood pressure, you may even shed a few pounds. Not bad right?

Have you ever wondered why every visit to a doctor’s office, hospital, clinic, or any other health related place always begins with a check of your blood pressure? Because high blood pressure is dangerous and keeping blood pressure at normal levels will prevent stroke.

Well, high blood pressure, also known as “hypertension”, the “silent disease” or the “silent killer” is the measure of pressure that the blood exerts against the wall of your arteries as your heart pumps.

There are people who have dangerously high blood pressure and yet they don’t know it because there are no symptoms for weeks, months, or even years. It is always better to avoid high blood pressure.

But high blood pressure is a dangerous condition and complications can be very serious. You see, as the heart pumps the blood through the walls of arteries that have lost their elasticity, the heart has to work much harder to push the blood through them.

Because the blood has to work its way through every organ in the body as well, the pressure affects not only the arteries, but the heart, the liver, the lungs? every vital organ that you have.

Since the arteries need a higher pressure to maintain the flow of blood, all the other organs suffer from the extra surge of blood needed to maintain those weakened arteries.

Complications of high blood pressure can be life threatening.

You may feel healthy even though your body is already on the brink of a stroke, heart attack, dissection of the aorta, kidney failure, or irreversible heart damage.

Medication can help manage high blood pressure. But aside from that, a healthy lifestyle and preventive measures are also needed to fight the disease.

There are many things that you can do to control and lower hypertension. First is to avoid too much salt. Diets lower in salt have been seen to benefit many people particularly those with high blood pressure.

Additionally, a regular exercises will benefit the body in so many ways, lowering the blood pressure not being the least of them. For those that are overweight, dropping a few pounds can have a very positive effect on controlling high blood pressure.

Many people have explored alternative measures and there are reports that some of these alternatives produce a wide range of results. It has been suggested that possible relief of hypertension can be found in a variety of practices including acupuncture, aromatherapy, massage therapy, qigong, yoga, and shiatsu.

One area of relief I’m sure most of the medical community can agree on is simple relaxation. It has been known that stress can affect one’s blood pressure so it is advisable to evaluate the things that may be causing stress in your life and finding other ways to handle those issues.

Regardless of the solutions you choose or the available alternatives you explore, one thing is certain, controlled blood pressure is vital in maintaining a healthy body that will see you well into your senior years.

The sooner you become conscious of your blood pressure levels and start practicing a lifestyle that will keep them lowered, the sooner you will start enjoying health benefits that will last a lifetime!

My high blood pressure program can benefit you even if your blood pressure already exceeds normal limits. When you follow the simple exercises there, it will bring your numbers down effortlessly and in purely natural way and often within a week

Even medical people who have researched blood pressure for decades admit that the cause is unknown for about 95% of high blood pressure problems and you could have it without even knowing, even if you’re otherwise healthy. For this reason it’s important that you know what your blood pressure is and have it checked on a regular basis to keep blood pressure down.

As you know, smoking and coffee causes a temporary rise in your blood pressure, so don’t smoke or drink coffee for at least thirty minutes before you have your blood pressure taken. If you’re a smoker, you should know that you have a higher risk of developing high blood pressure than a non-smoker.

Other reasons that increase your risk include high cholesterol, diabetes, stroke, heart disease, or other medical conditions, or if you’re over the age of 60, or if you are of menopausal age. When you check your blood pressure, it is normal that there will be fluctuations, and a one time high reading doesn’t necessarily mean you have hypertension. Be alarmed when those readings are consistently high, because that is the time when a diagnosis is made. The hypertension medications that you are taking may also contribute to the rise in your blood pressure.

There are changes you can make in your diet and in your lifestyle that can help reduce the risk and possibly even prevent high blood pressure. These are listed below. The more you can adopt into your life, the more you lower your risk for developing hypertension.

> Limit alcohol to two drinks per day or even less

> Maintain a healthy weight and lose weight if needed

> Cut your fat intake to less than 30%

> Limit added salt and be mindful of sodium content in prepared foods

> Exercise regularly at a moderate level of intensity several times a week

> Stop smoking

> Be sure you get at least 1000 mg (milligrams) of calcium every day. Good sources are dairy products, broccoli, canned salmon, figs, tofu and kale

> You also need 2500-3000 mg of potassium daily. Get that from fresh veggies and fruit, nuts and dairy products. Look for low fat brands of dairy products.

> Get 350-400 mg of magnesium daily. You’ll find it in dark green veggies, whole grains, seafood, legumes, nuts, and soybeans.

> Get a good night’s sleep. Inadequate sleep can actually raise your blood pressure even higher if you already have hypertension.

> Relax more. Reduce the stress in your life, particularly if you have risk factors for high blood pressure. Consider taking up yoga or meditation to learn how to relax.

> If you drink a lot of coffee (more than 2-4 cups) every day, consider cutting back or eliminating it altogether. It can help lower your blood pressure, but only slightly.

One more thing that you can do to lower your blood pressure is by utilizing my Natural High Blood Pressure Program. I developed this program to help you lower your readings naturally.

You only need to do a few simple exercises, and you only need a few minutes each day to do them. The program has been highly successful in lowering the blood pressure of hundreds of people safely and naturally.

Medications of high blood pressure is far more dangerous then High blood pressure. The reasons are listed below :

The medical companies are also aware that the medications for hypertension causes serious side effects.

Some of the major side effects are dizziness, headache, fatigue, depression, throbbing of the heart, lack of energy, lack of concentration, impotency, frigidity etc.

These medications can give rise to the feeling of “false security”.

It’s like wearing a safety helmet with an unnoticeable crack in it. You take more risk because you trust the helmet. But when something hits you in the head and the helmet breaks and your head along with it. The medications for hypertension do not cure them or prevent heart attack

Because hypertension medications neither cure hypertension nor protect you from sudden fatal cardiovascular events – such as heart attack, stroke, embolism, kidney failure and other conditions that are directly caused by high blood pressure. It often doesn’t even work to normalize the blood pressure itself. The natural way is the best way to cure high blood pressure

Fifty percent of the modern populations die from these diseases. Mortality is even slightly higher among people who are on medications. So people are put on medications for the rest of their life, thinking they’ll be safe, but then the safety-device doesn’t work and fatal accident happens. Horrifying, isn’t it?

Stress and wrong diet are the reason that medications don’t work.

The living standards have been very high in western world. It is not easy to live a good life. Though we have plenty to eat and nice clothes to wear and shelter but the worries and stress have also increased and plagued us so much.

Hypertension is caused by the worrying thoughts running through a normal person mind 24/7. They have tension in their mind and body which doesn’t allow them to relax or sleep. This builds an emotional tension.

You need a break!

The mind needs to take focussed break every day. You definitely need to give your body and mind a few minutes break from all tension and all worries everyday, and watching TV doesn’t solves it.

Half of western world’s population die from conditions where hypertension plays a key role. A Focused break could have saved many of those people.

Have you been curious about those two numbers in your blood pressure reading? It’s amazing that doctors emphasize the importance of those numbers, while we don’t have a clue as to what they mean.

These numbers symbolize how hard your blood is pushing against the walls of your arteries. Imagine how water builds up in a hose until it damages it, that’s how your blood can also damage your arteries and make you more prone to strokes and cardiac arrest. It always better to reduce blood pressure.

A blood pressure reading can look like this: 120/80 mmHg. The first number represents the systolic blood pressure, which is the pressure your blood exerts on your arteries when your heart beats. The second number represents the diastolic blood pressure, which is your blood pressure when your heart rests between beats. Maintaining a normal blood pressure will prevent stroke.

A blood pressure reading of 120/80 is considered normal. Most individuals have this blood pressure or slightly lower. Individuals with blood pressures slightly higher than 120/80 are considered prehypertensive, and doctors often start treating them to keep their blood pressures from escalating.

The diastolic blood pressure (the second number) has long been thought to contribute to hypertension and it’s succeeding medical concerns. Recent studies, however, have shown that a higher systolic blood pressure (the first number), may also cause a measure of risk, especially if a person is past the age of 50.

When your blood pressure reading is 140/90 or higher in two different sessions, then you have hypertension. If you don’t treat it immediately, then you are prone to several other medical conditions.

When it comes to bringing those numbers down, doctors often suggest life-changing, radical practices to their patients. They often ask their patients to stop smoking or drinking, start getting into a vigorous exercise program, or to change their diets drastically.

When they can’t cope with the doctor’s order (and they usually can’t), they lose any improvement on their blood pressure and get back into hypertension. In other words, hypertension can make a person’s life unpleasant.

But it doesn’t have to.

My Hypertension Program doesn’t require you to do any life-changing practices. The truth is, most of the exercises can be done while you go on about your day. Wouldn’t you want to be one of my customers who have successfully lowered their blood pressures for good?

So now that you know the meaning of those numbers, it’s much more satisfying to see them go down to 120/80 and stay there.
