I feel proud to stay on a fit way of living and my connectives have also felt so. The coffee that I have every day is denoted as my associate.
One of my pals told that coffee is the major reason for causing hypertension and this in turn can easily will cause problems. We need to prevent heart attack.
My buddy was also smoking at that point of time and it’s not all that good. Smoking and drinking never cure hypertension.
The doctor she was visiting told her that she was obese and was smoking. These were the reasons that caused a rise in her blood pressure.
There is also a relationship between coffee and high blood pressure but it is not clearly told here.
Very rarely and in small ranges coffee raises the hypertension.
This short rise reduces within a short span of time.
Many researchers pair up these things and examine .The pairs are coffee and cigars, coffee and obesity. This does no way mean coffee causes hypertension.
When coffee is accompanied by smoking it does lead to this high blood pressure. When snacks and munchies are taken with coffee it eventually causes obesity.
I really have great involvement in knowing what has been the positive side on dropping the habit of drinking coffee. I also want to know whether there are any other wrong habits eliminated while giving up the habit of drinking coffee.
Taking everything in a limit is the key to a healthy living. Till now I haven’t stopped taking coffee and I really like to drink a cup of coffee daily.
