There are three factors that contribute to hypertension…

- genetic causes

- dietary factors

- factors relating to emotional tension and stress

The third reason, emotional tension, is the most harmful.

Genetic Factors:

Primary hypertension is largely caused by these reasons.

Researchers and scientists are not currently sure which genes are actually responsible for the development of hypertension. They are not sure of perfect hypertension remedies too.

The unique characteristics of each one of us are determined by our genes and chromosome’s production of proteins.

Researches done in this field has been mainly focused on reasons affecting the renin-angiotensin-andosterone system, the system responsible for aiding the body regulate its blood pressure remedies, mainly by controlling the balance of salt, and the state of elasticity within the arteries.

Genetic factors contribute to more than 30% of all cases of primary hypertension.

This means that even though you have a healthy nutrition and fitness plan, if you have the high blood pressure genes in your system, you may still have to deal with the disease. (This can however be reversed. I’ll explain how later in this article.)

For example, for people of African heritage in the United States, high blood pressure or hypertension seems to be common among them.

Asian Americans seem to have the lowest cases of hypertension. Also, those born to parents with hypertension have the most probability to also develop the condition.

It is rare for unusual genetic disorders to have anything to do with primary hypertension, as these cases typically identify secondary hypertension instead.

Dietary Reasons:

There are a number of dietary factors that can lead to the development of hypertension, including drinking too much alcohol, consuming too much caffeine, and eating the wrong things.

In general, hypertension is likely to develop when you are overweight, especially if you also have the genetics that cause the disorder.

Even though you are not overweight, eating the wrong foods can also cause your blood pressure to rise.

Foods that are rich in cholesterol, Tran saturated fats and an excess of salt are good examples of these bad foods.

Being overweight is one of the largest “environmental” causes for hypertension.

Drinking too much coffee or excessive caffeine intake can also lead to issues stemming from hypertension development if you do not limit the intake of these beverages. Controlled intake is ok.

Emotional Stress and Tension:

If you are too stressed at work, at home, in society, it means that you are taking on much more than you can handle, and you will find yourself with a lot of unwanted stress.

These unwanted stress will stay with you longer than you realize, and can lead to hypertension, among other health problems.

Worrying too much is another cause for hypertension, as anxiety generally leads to a spike in the blood pressure.

If you make worrying a habit, or stress yourself out too much, you can cause chronic hypertension.

The major contributing factor for hypertension is emotional tension and stress, and even if there are no hereditary or dietary factors, because of the level of stress that you might be in, you can develop chronic hypertension.

My natural blood pressure exercise program has three exercises that not only eliminates the emotional tension and stress related causes of hypertension, but also removes the dietary and hereditary related hypertension causes as well.
