Cure high blood pressure naturally

Friday, November 27th, 2009

Hypertension can kill anyone and is becoming a killer
disease all over the world. I know well because I have
suffered the same fate but wizened up before it was too
late. As I suffered from the effects of hypertension, I
researched and learnt as much as I could about this fatal
disease.

If you have blood pressure around 140/90, you will be
considered as suffering from high blood pressure. Among
them, the higher number is known as systolic pressure. A
person is called to be pre-hypertensive if he or she has
blood pressure between the ranges of 120/80 to 139/89. In this case you should cure high blood pressure naturally

One of the most common problems of old age is hypertension.
But today people who have just turned 50 is showing symptom
of the disease. That is why it is very imperative that you
keep a tab on the reading to fight high blood pressure. (more…)

Prevent Stroke

Wednesday, November 25th, 2009

Blood pressure is called “hypertension” in the medical
world. When your blood pressure is consistently above the
ideal 120/80, you are generally considered “hypertensive”. A
high blood pressure is genetically predisposed in some
individuals, but aside from genes, there are other factors
that also contribute to it.

To make you better understand high blood pressure or
hypertension, you should know what hypertension really is.
When your blood pressure is taken, what is actually measured
is the amount of pressure your blood is exerting against the
walls of your blood vessels. When you get a higher number,
it means that more pressure is being forced against those
walls.

Imagine a balloon with water being filled in it. When more
water is being put in the balloon, it stretches out to
contain the waterup to a certain point. You will see the
balloon thinning out as it gets fuller, and eventually
breaks if you continue putting water into it. So you should be nature oriented to avoid high blood pressure

If you allow your blood pressure to get high and remain
there unchecked, your vessels will suffer the same fate as
the overfilled balloon. They can and will eventually burst.
The location of the burst vessel determines the severity of
the results. If it’s a brain vessel, you can have a stroke.
If it’s a vessel that feeds blood to the heart, you can have
a heart attack or suffer complete heart failure. In order to prevent stroke you should keep your blood pressure down (more…)

Hypertension Medications

Tuesday, November 24th, 2009

While many people are inherently at risk for high blood
press, it can happen to any person.

High blood pressure (also known as hypertension) knows no
racial barriers. Neither is age a barrier as there have been
cases of high blood pressure in the very young as well as
the very old.

There is no perfect profile for a person who definately
does or does not have high blood pressure. Think of cases
in which someone who was extremely fit actually died of a
stroke or heart attack – as a result of hypertension medications. On
the other hand, there are people who would seemingly be
excellent candidates – perhaps very overweight and out of
shape who posess normal blood pressure numbers.

It is a very non-discriminating disease and everyone should
apply caution by keeping a frequent check on their blood
pressure. And should keep blood pressure down (more…)

Cure Blood Pressure

My goal in my life and in my career is to help people cure themselves with natural methods.  By providing your body with the ingredients needed to help itself back to health, you are helping yourself regain health without modern medication.  Not all medications are bad, however most carry a list of side effects that are sometimes worse than the disease it treats.

Doctors are quick to prescribe blood pressure medicine and it is generally convenient to take, but it can leave a person with new and usually surprising problems.  Side effects include headaches, dizziness, nausea, joint pain, fatigue and sexual dysfunction – and these are just a few of a large list.  Some of the more serious side effects even include stroke and heart attack (the very problems the drugs are designed to prevent). So one should be careful enough to prevent heart attack while taking medications

While I advise against taking such medications, please be sure to consult with a doctor if you’re currently taking blood pressure medicine and choose to discontinue it, even if you are experiencing any of the above side effects. Even if you choose to pursue natural treatments, please discuss any problems that you’re having with the medications first.

The simplest way to control and cure high blood pressure it to restructure your diet plan.  By choosing healthier foods to eat, you can be in control of your blood pressure, not the other way around.  Below I have listed several popular food options for those of you considering this method: (more…)

High Blood Pressure and Depression, Is There Connection?

Saturday, November 21st, 2009

Someone asked me recently about depression treatment.  He purchased the Reduce High Blood Pressure Program and jokingly asked if he could be depressed from it.

This is in fact no joke. Researches have shown direct link between high blood pressure and depression. Going both ways. And if one can keep blood pressure under control then they can prevent stroke too.

Depression as the Primary and Hypertenstion as the result:  People suffering from chronic depression or other anxiety are up to three times more likely to also develop high blood pressure.

What makes things worse is that people who have depression are more likely to over eat, smoke and drink too much. And they’re less likely to seek treatment to reduce high blood pressure. (more…)

Cause High Blood Pressure

Sunday, November 15th, 2009

I recently received an email from a person asking me if there was possible a link between depression and high blood pressure. He was kind of joking.

Research does reflect a link between the two.  Both ideas have been studied; hypertension leading to depression as well as depression leading to high blood pressure.

Depression as the Primary and Hypertenstion as the result:  People suffering from chronic depression or other anxiety are up to three times more likely to also develop high blood pressure. (more…)

Blood Pressure Remedies

Historically, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) has had difficulty gaining credibility as an actual illness and not just a case of depression that lasts. More and more doctors are finally accepting CFS as a legitimate disease.

CFS affects over a million people, most of them women. Although, doctors admit that men tend to seek treatment less for the condition less than women. CFS affects all ages and race groups.

CFS sufferers tend to have trouble getting friends, family and even doctors to understand and accept their disease as real. (more…)

Natural Blood Pressure

I had the pleasure recently of dining out with some good friends.  My friend “Jane” surprised me by drinking red wine.  When she drank, it was never red wine, as she complained about the taste and temperature.

As it turns out my friend, who is an information junky, had recently read that research has shown benefits of drinking red wine to one’s health, specifically, beneficial to the heart.

Jane is actually correct – there have been several studies reporting that red wine (in moderation – one glass per day for women and two for men) does produce some health benefits. (more…)

Hypertension Remedies

Picture this, you’ve just had an argument with your spouse or your kids.  You’re feeling angry, your face is flushed, your heart is pounding hard and on top of all that, you have a headache.  If you took a reading of your blood pressure right now, you will see that it is alarmingly high.

Intense emotions make our blood pressure increase, but it decreases and returns to normal once those intense emotions subside.  High blood pressure is normally not detected until it remains high over an extended period of time.

Having it checked regularly, at least once every two years, is the only way to know if you have it.  The following symptoms may signify that you are suffering from hypertension, or high blood pressure.  It is important to note that you may also have high blood pressure even if you don’t have these symptoms; that is why it is very important to have your blood pressure checked regularly. Cure High Blood Pressure

Today, I beg you to let go of prejudgments and propaganda produced by the traditional health business and apply your common sense. That’s the one thing that never lies.

Why am I saying that?

There is a lot of propaganda going on in the health business. After all, it is a business. And what do they want you to believe?

They use all their effort to talk you into that the only method that works for hypertension is prescription drugs. Yes, they may mention other things like exercising or changing your diet, but that’s only a secondary thing dealt with in a paragraph or two.
