With the health benefits of green tea only just being understood, the antioxidant properties (and a host of others) of green tea are becoming well known around the world, especially in the health and fitness industry. Using green tea weight loss products to burn off extra calories is claimed to be the most natural method and you won’t find a better source; one which can be purchased in liquid form, taken as tablets and even drunk as normal tea.
