A number of clients have emailed me explaining how they look and feel after they’ve lost weight. I like the results that eating right and exercise gives me and it makes me appreciate the way my body looks.
My Weight Loss Breeze program has been such a success for my clients that it’s hard to count the number of responses I haven gotten regarding the program. Not only have my clients lost weight, but they have lowered their blood pressure and have an overall increase in health and well being.
In order for the program to be successful, it has to become a habit. A habit is just a matter of repetition. But for those who do not have a regular habit of healthy living, the problem is that they aren’t sure where to begin.
One of my clients didn’t want to join a gym until she lost weight. Seems ironic, but she couldn’t come to terms with the thoughts of all those fit, trim, hard bodies staring at her while she attempted even the simplest exercises. She had to face it head on though because she was border line diabetic.
I explained to her that exercise is a gradual process in which she should feel comfortable or she may stop. I also mentioned that all those hard bodies probably tend to look at themselves rather than others while working out.
If you aren’t comfortable while exercising, you may try to over exert which could lead to injury, resulting in you just giving up. Once that has happened, motivation to get up and try again is difficult. You may feel as if you have failed.
It makes you feel good when someone notices that you look better, feel better, and your clothes are fitting better. More importantly, it’s a great motivator.
Positive feedback is like fuel to keep you going. I do not recommend weighing yourself more than once a week because you can become consumed by the scale readings.
The way our clothes fit is a much better indicator of the results of our efforts because we know that muscle weighs more than fat but doesn’t take up as much room. So, you may be losing weight and gaining muscle, but the scale isn’t showing that.
On the other side of things are those who are underweight. Although they are fewer in numbers, I have gotten emails from clients that are frustrated because people see being underweight as a "gift" and being overweight is an imperfection. Those who are underweight or not at their ideal weight may have conditions such as an unhealthy immune system.
My Weight Loss Breeze program is designed to achieve a healthy weight. It’s all natural. I encourage anyone who is either overweight or underweight to try it today!
