The Cure For (almost) All Diseases.

You’re probably not going to like me very much after reading this post.

What I’m suggesting is extremely simple but it requires commitment and a little bit of effort every day. The rewards however are extremely valuable.

You’ll hardly ever get sick and avoid many of the most horrendous conditions terrorizing the human race.

What am I talking about?

Please don’t take this lightly, even if this important tip fits in only a half a line…

Take a 30 minutes walk OUTSIDE every day!!!!

You’ll never get the flue, may avoid cancer, diabetics and many other serious conditions. All kind of sexual issues will be healed (both for men and women). You’ll loose weight, sleep better (insomnia has repeatedly been cured using only this little tip). You’ll have enormous amount of energy.

… plus thousands of other benefits.

Let me give you an example.

Cancer cells do not live in oxygen filled environment. One of the reason cancer has become such a big problem is that the air we breath only has fraction of the oxygen that was here a century ago. On top of that, majority of  people work  inside most of the day and get very little fresh air.

When you walk, you pump fresh air into every cell of your body. Also the cells that may be beginning to form cancer. If you walk outside, the air you pump into your body has much more oxygen than if you were working out inside a gym … killing the cancer cell before they’ve a chance.

Here is another example … insomnia.

The more extremes you’ve between waking and sleeping hours, the better you’ll sleep.

You want to have physical action when you’re a wake but relax when you sleep. You want to be outside in the sunlight when you’re awake but sleep in the dark.

30 minutes walk outside is enough to provide these extremes. Plus you burn out any anxiety that interrupts your sleep. You’ll be amazed.

The back and the lower body has been ruined with modern Western society.

In other parts of the world where people walk outside a lot and do not use chairs, back pains are almost unknown. Impotence for men is also almost unknown. And most women there have no problem reaching orgasm.

We’re doing our selves such a disservice by not walking enough.

Here is a short story…

When I was a boy, my spleen was removed. The doctors said there was some kind of birth defect. I’d nothing to say about it, being asleep when the decision was made.

The spleen is an essential part of the immune system. It generates  the white blood cells. So this removal made me extremely vulnerable for flues. I literally picked up everything and was sick in bed several times a year.

Later, in my early twenties, I had one of the toughest winter in my life.

I worked 7am to 5pm every day taming horses. I worked outside all day long. Half the day, I rode the youngsters, the other half, I walked them. This was a tough job. Often it was snowing and freezing cold.  In the evening, from 6pm to 10pm, I attended night school.

So you can imagine, this winter was crazy.

But guess what … I never got sick. Not once. Because I was outside working all day in the fresh air. My immune system was strong. No germ could defeat me.

Even with my spleen gone, if I do my 30 minutes walk outside every day, I never get sick.

These were only a few examples of what walking outside can do. I could go on and on counting the conditions you can avoid. Till there was no left.

Now on another subject Fibromyalgia .

Many people noticed that I mentioned Fibromyalgia as one condition I’d learned to deal with. This of course created a lot of curiosity since Fibromyalgia is a very complicated and common condition.

I actually do not consider Fibromyalgia a disease but rather a group of symptoms that most doctors have no idea what causes or how to treat. So they call it  Fibromyalgia and say it’s incurable.

In my next blog post, I’ll explain in details what I believe causes most cases of Fibromyalgia and how to treat it. If you know someone who suffer from  Fibromyalgia, then you may want to tell them to keep their eyes open for the next post. They can also fill in the form to the right to be noticed by email.

Here is my first tip for Fibromyalgia: 30 minutes walk outside every day!!!

That’s it for today.

Christian Goodman

    Dear Christian,
I’ve been using your TMJ-No-More exercises for some time now and they help a lot — in fact, very often all symptoms disappear and then I forget to do the exercises!
I am delighted that you have started a blog—will your writings keep coming to my email address or do I need to sign up somewhere? I am very happy to be so healthy with no medications but lots of good food and many supplements. And starting tomorrow I’ll be able to say I walk outdoors a half hour every day! That’s a wonderful idea! Tomorrow it’s supposed to snow!
Thank you for the gift of your helpful, healthy thoughts.
I look forward to your next blog. Meanwhile, sending you all good thoughts and many thanks.
    Sincerely,
    Julia

    Hi Julia,

Thank you for your kind words. I’m glad to hear the TMJ program has worked so well for you.

I’ll send you email every time I post a blog, so you don’t have to sign up for anything more.

    Warm regards,

    Christian

    Hi again Christian.

No I am not upset at all that you highlight the obvious.

Usually ‘natural’ just means ‘common sense’, doesn’t it?

I have seen many clients in my time and am happy to see them recover but with a better understanding of themselves and how their recuperation really works.

WALKING!! Yes, I am an advocate of exercising regularly but it doesn’t have to be difficult. How difficult is walking? Everyone can do it even if just a little to start with.
I am glad to see you mention that 30 minutes is enough. Its a great way to stimulate the lymph drainage and the circulation. It distributes nutrients and oxygenates the tissues. Yes walking is the best.
And I can happily say I have done it all my life (hehe)(sorry).
Hopefully I can continue to do it for the rest of my life.

Thanks for a nice article Christian.

    Andrew

    Hello Christian
    Absolutely correct about walking!
I have to say that the fittest I felt in my entire life was when I walked every day and followed a 50- 60% raw diet e,g carrots, celery, beetroots etc. My whole body just vibrated with the joy of being alive. Your blog was a good reminder to me.
So good luck to you with future life-saving blogs.
    Sincere good wishes
    Suzanne

    Hi Christian,

Thanks for the tips on walking. I try to exercise 3 to 4 times per week, but I know I could do more. I’ll start the 30 minutes of walking immediately, and let you know how it’s going. I tried your TMJ No More Program. I am still struggling, but I thinks it more due to the stress in my life rather than lack of doing the exercises. I will endeavor to combine the exercises with the relaxation exercises more as well as walking and see if there is any improvement.

Thanks for all your good advice,
    Julie

    Hi everyone,

Tanks for your comments and nice words.

What amazes me over and over again (like Andrew pointed out), is how big part of natural healthy living is simple common sense. If we just follow our heart and think rationally what’s good for us, we’ll be healthier.

Like walking outside, or eat a lot of raw food (like Suzanne pointed out) it makes total sense doesn’t it?

Still we tend to not do what’s good for us. Doesn’t make any sense!

July, you brought up a good point. I should have had this in post.

It’s essential when working on TMJ to loosen up and strengthen the muscles around the Jaw. That includes the jaw muscles, tongue, throat, shoulders, neck and so far…

It’s also very good to do relaxation and meditation exercises to get rid of emotional tension. Emotional tension will unavoidable lead to muscle tension.

    But here is the point…

Walking, loosing up and strengthening the lower body is also very important. If the hips are unbalanced, then that tension will lead up to the jaw and cause tension there.

A friend of mine, physical therapist from Europe, has helped many people suffering from TMJ. He puts a lot of focus on the lower body, balancing it.

So TMJ and snoring is definitely conditions I could have put on my list.

    Warm regards,

    Christian

I agree that exercise is important and also consuming omega6 and omega3 balance 2 to 1 is essential to allow the cells to uptake that oxygen refer Brian Peskins web site

    Hiya Chirstian,
It’s good to hear from you. I would like to say that our ancestors spent most of their time walking, looking for food and shelter and foraging for food. Frequently, that food was found in trees, which required some picking and climbing. Do you suppose that’s why we have hands suitable for gripping rather than paws with claws? Might favor a diet high in fruits and vegetables. Keep up the good work.

Very good info, Chris, and I commend your devotion to spreading the word. I’ve worked out in the oil field for some 26 years and was never sick a day - except once when bitten by a certain little pest that caused “break-bone fever” for about six weeks (in South East Asia), and a couple of times in foreign lands when food was infected with flies messing around in it (didn’t seem to affect the local populaces, naturally). Each of those two events lasted about 30 days each and both were extremely embarrassing to say the least for that. But my point is: without being injected one way or another by a toxin, my body has never experienced any other sicknesses (excluding alcoholism for about 30 years for which The Lord had to heal - and only He could, I believe).
Like you and others who avoid medicines and prescribers of such, I enjoy good health and physical fitness today, at 72 years of age come March 21. Physical exercise combined with fresh air and sunshine and proper nutrition, is the right way, the natural way, the human race has been designed to live - long and productive years free of pain and debilitating diseases.
Keep up the good work and BE BLESSSED !!

    Hi Christian,
I e-mailed you that I had fibromyalgia a few days ago. I think that I was destined to find you. Not only have you helped me with the apnea problem I have, but now you mentioned fibromyalgia (which is my biggest health problem) in your e-mail and I’m feeling that you, out of all the people and doctors etc. that I have seen, will be the one to finally help me because you got me thinking. I used to walk about 10-15 miles a day. Then my husband passed and I lost interest in everything. My health has been going downhill for a long time now. I KNOW that if I got back to the routine I had before, that I would be able to rid myself of this fibro. I have always been a natural person. Never eat junk foods, etc. I still eat well, but I think you’re right…I need to walk again and that may be the key to getting back to a good life again. Linda

    Dear Christian,

Thank you for reminding me to two things I already know… walking 30 minutes a day and the apple cider vinegar. Thank you for the tip on buying organic vinegar with the mother and also what dose to take. You remind of the importance of walking outside every day. I know how much better I feel when I do just that.

All lthe best for the New Year.
