Worrying about Anxiety Disorder and High Blood Pressure?

Being that I fly quiet often, I have learned many things about people by just observing people and their actions.  I couldn’t tell you everything about the person but just these little actions can show a lot.

Many of you wouldn’t know that I am also a therapist, so not only an expert on listen to people but I also look at body language and that can tell you more than any word ever could.

We can all always spot out the person(s) who show fear in their eyes when getting ready to board an airplane. You can see them holding onto the armrests, they tend to sweat, and closing their eyes with fear of being on the plane.

Everybody has their own routines in controlling their fear during these types of situations.  Often times taking deep breathes can help this kind of anxiety.

Even if you don’t suffer from anxiety, there are several things that can make you anxious or annoyed while on a plane.  People talking when you just want some rest, kids screaming, the person behind you hitting your set, we all can get upset by this.

I could talk all day about what can get to us, and cause all this anxiety, but let us look to why this happens and what causes it.  Give you a better understanding of the question, why?

Each of the actions explained above are only a part of an anxiety complication.  People who experience an anxiety disorders will struggle with feelings of uneasiness, loneliness, etc, that can and will observe endangerment and instability.

There are four different types of Anxiety disorders, these are:
•    Generalized Anxiety- GAD
•    Obsessive Compulsive- OCD
•    Panic Disorder
•    Phobias

In reality, I personally believe it would be real hard to say that not a single one of us has at one point in time, experienced some type of anxiety.  From professional athletes, house-wife, farmers, business owners, etc, we all have had some type of anxiety disorder.

Persons, who suffer anxiety and other mental health problems, tend to become afraid to go out in public, becomes hard to sleep, and fear basically rules every part of every day.  Fear is one of the worst factors in this disorder, and tends to become much uncontrolled.

When people suffer from acute anxiety attacks, these episodes are more than likely, occasional and short. You can see this evidence from my past flying illustrations.

However, people who suffer from chronic anxiety attacks, they notice rapid heartbeat, high blood pressure, sweaty, and having a hard time taking regular breathes. This normally occurs many times a day.

With so many people suffering from anxiety, research was very easy to show evidence that they are in fact four times higher to magnify a high blood pressure.  This is a life threatening if you don’t acknowledge this.

I will advise anyone who is suffering from HPB, to give my High Blood Pressure guide a shot.  This guide is fast acting and adequate.
