I’m not the first researcher to discover the connection between migraine and stroke (remember, all headaches are really migraine headaches). I’m not even the first researcher to discover WHY people suffering from migraines are in such a big danger of suffering a stroke.
But to my knowledge, I’m the first researcher who has come up with a concrete, permanent solution for migraine that addresses the underlying causes and therefore also decreases the risk of stroke.
The data about migraine causing stroke runs all the way back to 1966. More recently, an interesting paper was published that pulled together data from fourteen studies conducted between 1966 and 2004 that examined the association between migraine and the risk of stroke.
The results are shocking!
People who experience migraine are 227% more at-risk of suffering stroke than people without migraines. If you see auras, you’re at even greater risk of stroke than if you don’t.
Some life-style behaviors for migraine patients can multiply the risk of stroke, as compared to those for people not suffering migraines. So if you suffer migraines, you have to be even more careful about your health than do other people.
For example, a woman taking the birth control pill is EIGHT TIMES more at-risk of suffering a stroke than a woman who takes the birth control pill but doesn’t experience migraines.
If you look at other life-style factors, such as smoking or bad diet, the results are even more devastating.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that this high stroke risk for migraine patients is caused by the well known reduction of blood flow to the brain which usually occurs when people suffer migraine attacks.
Migraines and headaches are, in fact, NOT the main condition. They are mere side effects of the real condition, which is oxygen deprivation in the head.
To say that migraine patients are more likely to develop stroke is actually misleading. It is like saying that people suffering from colds are more likely to have germs or viruses active in their lungs. The germs are not caused by the cold; the cold is caused by the germs.
Once again - with my natural migraine and headache exercise program - I’ve tackled the REAL underlying cause for migraine and headaches… oxygen deprivation.
And by tackling the underlying cause for migraine, I can help my clients to also avoid other “associated” symptoms, such as stroke.
The solution for both conditions (stroke and migraine) is to make sure you’ve enough good oxygen flow into the lungs and up to the brain. Nothing else will permanently heal migraine and frequent headaches. And nothing else prevents stroke.
This is exactly what my natural migraine and headache program does. And I’m glad the traditional medical system is finally agreeing with me, although most doctors will probably still write off my exercises as a useless activity.
Warm regards,
Christian Goodman

Hi again Christian.
Just curious as to whether you have a program for allergies, sinusitis, etc.
Thanks!

Dear Dr. Goodman,
I have got cluster migraine which is somewhat different from normal migraine. I have experienced it once a year for eight years now. After the normal attack which occurs between June and August l had another attack in December last year. The first time l’ve had it twice in a year. Is that a sign that it’s getting worse and is there any help for me. Thanks, Kaye
