Our bodies work as a complex system. All functions of our body are a result of the teamwork of millions of cells interconnected and working in coordination with each other.
All the cells in an individual’s body have the same DNA structure. However, the DNA structure differs from one person to another. To perform one function, the muscles, nerves, bones or a limb will work in coordination with each other.
It is very obvious that for a backache, you should not concentrate solely on your back. Similarly, a headache points to many underlying problems in the body. And when your blood pressure is high, only treating this condition will be a very vague approach of treatment, thus hampering overall wellness.
I advise exercises for muscular disorders. But why neck and jaw exercises for grinding teeth, jaw clenching and snoring too? You should not just treat the symptom, but correlate these symptoms to some other underlying functional problems that should be treated to achieve significantly better health.
I recommend jaw exercises, as these slip the jaw back into its natural position via contraction and relaxation of the jaw muscles. Jaw muscles are connected with all the muscles around the throat on one side, and to the tongue and neck muscles on other sides. Throat exercises are also highly recommended, because if the throat muscles are not flexible enough, the tension will exert itself on the jaw muscles and keep them from doing their proper job.
Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome (TMJ) is a condition where the jaw joints are dislocated, thereby causing tension in the jaw muscles. I recommend jaw, tongue throat and neck exercises for all who are suffering from TMJ. In this type of condition, you might experience severe headache, drowsiness, blurry vision, an inability to chew or talk, and such symptoms vary from individual to the other. That’s why it is necessary to exercise muscles that don’t appear to be connected with the immediate problem area.
My eight year old daughter had some complaints about pain in her legs during play time. I took her to the chiropractor, who found that one leg was shorter than the other. Having expertise in the treatment of physical disorders by manipulation of the joints, he adjusted her both the legs, and they were even.
Fortunately, it was diagnosed and rectified in time. Possibly, my daughter wouldn’t have noticed it for years. But due to such physical conditions, the weight of the whole body is either put on the wrong muscles and bones or excessively on specific muscle groups. As a result, after 30-40 years, she might have experienced knee, back or hip problems, neck problems, headaches or even TMJ.
Small injuries during childhood may turn out to become big ailments or diseases in the later years after remaining hidden for years. You must always pay heed to the consequences of a minor discomfort, especially a condition that is specific to a muscle, bone, or nerve defect.
For any ailment, I always treat the body as a whole. Breathing deeply help to cure migraine, for instance, boosts the strength and flexibility of the muscles groups found in the neck, jaw, and of course, the diaphragm.
Similarly, TMJ and exercises that curb snoring go hand in hand. Both problems occur in the same area. To cure snoring, it is important to loosen the jaw muscles to make the throat muscles more functional in order to open up the throat, thereby curing snoring.

Is there really any such person named ‘Christian Goodman’ or is this just part of another health scam to lull us poor saps into a false state of security. It does seem too good to be true - If you really do want to help the sick and suffering and not just make a good living, why do you not do as Christ tells you to. Freely you have received, so freely give. If you really exist, which I doubt, follow his example and do not ask for money for your healing ‘work’. - God Bless Brendon
