"Is the underlying cause and treatment of migraine and other headaches the same? "
This is one question I’m repeatedly asked by those who suffer from migraine or other headaches such as cluster headache, stress-related headaches, and tension headaches.
The answer to the above question is YES! The underlying cause of all headaches and their treatment is based on the same principle.
The fact is that hundreds of people have benefited from my chronic headache treatment program, which is based on this simple, but important fact.
Underlying cause of all headaches
A Headache is the normal response of your brain to the constant deprivation of oxygen. Due to various reasons, the brain of a person who suffers from chronic headache does not receive an adequate supply of oxygen. Also, some parts of the brain receive less oxygen than the others. When the brain can’t go on any longer on this diminished supply of oxygen, it calls for help by demanding more oxygen, and a headache is triggered. This chain of events occurs in all types of headaches, the only difference is in the part(s) of the brain that are more oxygen-deprived than others.
Migraine and Stroke
Studies show that migraine patients and people who suffer from chronic headaches have a greater risk of suffering a stroke. The reason is obvious - their brain is already starving for oxygen.
Treatment of Migraine and Chronic Headaches
Studies done on this subject show that oxygen therapy for migraine and chronic headache patients are highly effective and stop the pain in 15 minutes. So, wouldn’t it be better to ensure that our brain gets the required amount of oxygen supply all the time?
Chronic headaches and migraines are the product of the world we live in. These health conditions were not so common in earlier times or even 100 years ago. The air we breathe today is polluted, which contributes to the development of migraines and other headaches. Also, many other internal factors, such as not breathing deeply enough, contribute to the lack of supply of oxygen to the brain.
I have developed simple exercises that ensure we inhale more oxygen and that it is delivered efficiently to all the parts of the brain.

It really makes a lot of sense that all headaches/migraines stems from the same “disorder”, especially when I think about how a nice walk helps ease a migraine. I prefer taking a walk over taking any prescription medicine at all times.
I really don’t like the side effects which many times comes with conventional medicines.
You are doing such a great work in telling people about natural preventions that I am honored to be promoting your programs.

Thanks for all the valuable information. I have been concerned about my blood pressure lately, it fluctuates from 135/88 to 140/92. I am at a healthy weight, I eat healthy, I practice yoga everyday for the past 5 years, doctor says it could be genetics. About 3 months ago it was 180/102, so my doctor prescribed ‘water pills’ to bring it down and said it could have been induced by ‘the birth control pill’. So I stopped the pill and with the blood pressure medication, it has remained steady now at 137/88. It’s 1 month since I stopped the medication and the readings are steady at 137/88. I decided to stop the medication as my doctor initially said I was supposed to take medication for 3 months. After 3 months, even though the blood pressure was normal, the doctor said I should continue and will probably have to take it all my life. I decided I had to do something about this. I didn’t want to take the medication because it was giving me a rash….After I contacted you for the Blood Pressure Program, I thought back about my health life and realized that I was doing Bikram Yoga (hot yoga) in 2005 and 2006 everyday and I never had any health problems in those 2 years. So I have started the hot yoga again and I also do daily meditation for 40 mins using cd’s since 3 months ( using brainwave technology called hemisync). After just 1 hot yoga class, I checked my blood pressure and it is at 127/78 — a huge difference. I checked my blood pressure again after 3 days, still same good results, it is 126/73. So I will continue with this for sometime as I prefer the workout. With my meditation, I do breathing with longer exhales to calm down and I also practice this breathing technique throughout the day. I agree with you that the blood pressure is due to the outside stimulation we have to deal with everyday. If we lived on the farm with horses, it would be a divine life. Unfortunately, I am a collections representative, and do this for a living so I know why my blood pressure can get high. Let’s see how this routine goes for me. I have committed to 3 hot yoga classes a week and daily meditation. Thanks.
