It’s been a while now since I launched my new blood pressure exercise program. Since then, I’ve received emails every day with incredible stories about how the program has changed people lives.
Even I am amazed, reading many of the success stories. I’ll share some of them with you later.
But I’m not surprised how many people needed this program.
Not only is high blood pressure probably the single biggest health issue affecting the western world. If you’ve bought some of my previous programs, you’re probably more at risk than the normal person of developing high blood pressure.
Why?
It’s not my fault or my programs. It began long before you even knew my name.
You see, almost no illness works alone. Whatever may bother you is causing other side effects, which again cause other side effects or make the original condition worse. It’s often a vicious circle that develops a small issue into a big problem.
Let me take an example…
Snoring and sleep apnea are often closely related. The throat may be blocked for many seconds, several times a minutes, throughout the night. The person can’t breathe. As the person struggles to breathe the blood pressure soars. This rise of blood pressure damages arteries throughout the body.
The injured arteries attract cholesterol and calcium that stick to them and amass into calcified plaques, which block blood flow through them. The result may be a stroke, heart attack, erectile dysfunction or any other condition triggered by blocked or hardened arteries.
Lack of oxygen flow up to the brain can cause even more conditions, such as vertigo and migraine.
The lack of oxygen flow throughout the body during the night may also stiffen the muscles, causing TMJ and Fibromyalgia, just to name a few.
What’s more, it will also cause the muscles around the breathing passages to harden and weaken. This will then make the snoring and sleep apnea even worse.
The vicious circle is triggered.
Furthermore, the struggle to breathe will trigger the body’s panic-warning. This will not only raise the blood pressure, but also send out a message that the body needs to use all resources. One of them is gathering fat (like it was expecting starvation). The fat will press on the breathing passages, again making the snoring and sleep apnea even worse.
Now, the blood pressure has soared. And the arteries, little by little, harden and get blocked. And guess what, that again causes higher blood pressure, again increasing the risk of all the other conditions I mentioned before.
I could have begun on any of the above condition and made a row of causes and effects about how each illness caused something else.
Very often, high blood pressure is right in the middle of downward circle.
That was one of the main reasons I developed the blood pressure exercise program.
Many of my clients experienced the same thing I did after I cured my snoring: My snoring was gone, but the high blood pressure that had been associated with it was still there.
It was only a question of time before something else would breake down. And my blood pressure wasn’t going to reduce by it self. It was only going up.
Most people accept being sentenced to a lifetime on blood pressure medications.
But although the drugs may lower the blood pressure for a while, the side effects will eventually cause something else in your body to brake. There is no easy way out. One condition leads to another… unless you cure it. It’s not enough to deal with the symptoms.
So look at the big picture. If there is something bothering you today, could it be that something you think is totally unrelated is in fact causing it? Or is your condition triggering something else, you’re not aware of?
If you have managed to heal a condition (maybe by using one of my program), could it be that there are still traces left that need to be deal with? Like high blood pressure or mental stress unrelated to your today’s situation?
Many people experience insomnia long after they cure their snoring. They’re afraid of going to sleep and waking their partner up. Many people that used to suffer from TMJ still feel pain when meat or other tough food is prepared. Not when they bite it but when they see it. Your body remembers all this.
If a man cures his erectile dysfunction, using my exercises, the danger of heart attacks and stroke may still be very high, unless he deals with the cholesterol and high blood pressure that probably was beginning to ruin the arteries, running down to his genitals.
The bottom line is…
Your body and mind work as a whole. Treating an illness is very important. That’s usually the first step. But after that, you need to look at the underlying or connecting conditions.
I’m very focused on high blood pressure these days. For many people it’s considered both a main problem and also the main underlying cause for other conditions.
So if it’s high, lowering it is probably the biggest, most urgent health task you have.
That’s why I created this program…
Warm regards,
Christian Goodman

My blood pressure is normal with medication, but I never made a connection to my my sleep apnea. I have to use a breathing apparatus to sleep properly. Does the exercise program for lowering blood pressure also deal with sleep apnea, or is that a whole other program?
Although the sleep apnea apparatus is a nuicance and it forces me to use far more nasal decongestant spray than I like, it doesn’t take much time. Nor does the medication for blood pressure.
Time is an important consideration in a busy professional lifestyle. I understand what you call a “vicious health circle, but I don’t want to get into a lifestyle-robbing “vicious health-treatment circle” either.
If you are proposing or offering an efficient program(read, “low time commitment” program that’s compatible with a busy lifestyle) that handles the whole circle, I’m interested. But i haven’t got that message from you yet.

I don’t have anything to contribute, but feel the need to tell you that I have benefitted from your insightful comments.
Thank you so much for giving me and others advice to point us in the right way toward actions that will lead us to better health.
With heartfelt appreciation,
Karen
Hi Christian,
I just read your e-mail about high blood pressure. I told you that I am on two diffrerent medications for my mildly high blood pressure. What I would like to ask you is: When I do the exercises in your blood pressure program, can I stop taking the medicines I am taking?
Linda
I so sick of both my Zetia, for Cholestorol, and High Blood Pressure Med
I’m not one for taking med’s and now with the muscle aches, and tiredness, and other side effects, I know its diet, exercise, and overall maintenance that will help without the med’s. We all need to find the cause of a problem not just readily take med’s. The industry considers us just a number, and I mean the Doctors, Pharmacies, Clinics, etc. It all money!,,What about us!
I would like to receive information regarding the 3 exercises you proclaim as an effective way to lower blood pressure. I am now taking 2 medications to help lower my bp and I am not very pleased with taking medication. Please e-mail information on how to order and whether or not the exercises are on video, which I prefer. Thank you. Pat
Thank you for your most interesting article. Although I knew about body mind and spirit working as a whole I did not realise that snoring could be the cause of so many other conditions. In my case, after my husband of 44 years died in 2003 my health began to break down in general.( I had already been diagnosed with M.E. or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as it now seems to be labelled during the late 1980’s.)
I was eventually diagnosed with high blood pressure and for months was given various medications none of which worked. My doctor told me I was on medication for life, but I tried my own cures, including losing weight, healthier eating, more exercise and cutting salt intake. Very soon my blood pressure returned to normal and reluctantly my doctor took me off all medication. That was in 2005
In recent months I have suffered recurring M.E. problems, stress and depression due to loneliness and financial difficulties. Accompanying this I have once more gained weight due I think to lack of motivation in general, liitle exercise and comfort eating. In the last two months my blood pressure has risen to previous levels and if it remains high at the next test my doctor wants me to go back onto medication for the condition. I do not, so your help has given me the heart to retry the methods I used last time. I am 72 years of age so it’s important to do something. Thank you again for your helpful articles.
Leila
I too have just recently been put on blood pressure medication for my mildly elevated blood pressure.I`m not a pill taker,so what can I do to stop any reliance on prescribed drugs?
