A few days ago, I asked for a feedback on what you would like to see me write about on my blog.
Most questions were about natural health. I’ll do my best to grant your wishes and focus even better on this subject than I’ve done before. I’ll also discuss other issues brought up once in a while.
The condition, most often asked about was high blood pressure. Which is not surprising since this is probably the single biggest issue bothering the modern man.
High blood pressure can be partly responsible for…
Heart attacks
Stroke
Cancer (all types)
Erectile Dysfunction
Depression
Headaches
Dizziness
Vertigo
… plus almost all other conditions.
Not to mention that high blood pressure feels bad and leads to unhappiness.
The interesting thing was that I’m working on (among other things) a new exercise program specially focused on this issue.
These exercises are unlike anything found anywhere else. My tests have indicated, they’re extremely effective and can dramatically reduce blood pressure. Often in less than a week… without using any medicines.
But the program won’t be ready till later, so here are a few other things I’ve found very effective when dealing with high blood pressure. You’ll probably know many of these things but may find a few surprises in here…
1) Any “positive life style changes” help. Stop smoking, loose weight, work out every day. Decrease your work load and any kind of stress.
2) Low fat, healthy diet is essential. Choose fish instead of meat and increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat every day. Use coconut oil for cooking. Drink fresh vegetable juice every day. Avoid alcohol, coffee, caffeine, and refined salt.
3) Supplement with vitamin A, beta carotene, vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B6, vitamin C, bioflavonoids (especially rutin), vitamin E, coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), evening primrose oil, fish oil, calcium, magnesium, potassium, selenium, and zinc, as well as the amino acids cysteine, taurine, and tryptophan.
4) Useful herbs for high blood pressure include garlic, hawthorn berry, olive leaf extract, and the medicinal mushrooms maitake and reishi.
I hope this helps. I’ll keep you updated when I’ve the new exercise program for high blood pressure ready.

Hi Christian,
I read all of your articles carefully. It is true I didn’t give feed back yet. Regardding snoring program -If I don’t wake up middlle of the night ,does it mean snoring stop?
I have a problem of my sister who had stroke about 3 yrs ago and paralysed left side. Fotunately brain is in very good shape. Lot of therapy done earlier. Now she doesn’t go to therapist and have no interest to do. But she does lot of works except therapy. Now problem is she loves eating that she didn’t have before. It looks sometimes unpleasant and getting fat. she doesn’t want to buy she is really fat. I think it is a chance of another disaster.
Do you think couple of spoons apple cider vinegar drinking with water ok to her? She doesn’t have cholesterol, high blood pressure or sugar.
Please advise.
