The Heartbreak of Snoring

So much has been written about snoring. There have been thousands of testimonials and countless reports covering the malady of snoring from almost every viewpoint. Some choose to write about the causes. Others focus on suggested solutions. It’s a sure bet that if you can think of an aspect of snoring, you’ll be able to find some article that discusses it.

But unless you’ve ever been caught sitting in a crowded airport terminal on a Friday afternoon, waiting to catch a delayed flight home with your head thrown back, your mouth gaping wide while children sit around your feet laughing uncontrolled, well, you just haven’t fully understood the embarrassment that snoring can bring to your life.

I could write a book on the mortification process one must endure at the end of a long evening flight. Everyone around you is snickering and trying to avoid eye contact. Business seminars were fine throughout the morning. But after lunch, I trembled at the disgrace brought on with the realization that everyone had had a chuckle at my expense.

Spouses and family members can understand the aggravation of having to watch TV around a habitual snorer. And chances are, they’ve all had a good laugh at our expense from time to time. Loved ones have endured the noise but we’re the ones that must suffer the embarrassment.

Those of us who snore will all agree that nothing can compare to the shame one feels when being abruptly startled awake by a swift jab to the ribs while sitting in church.

Knowing that you’ve been disruptive is miniscule when compared to the humiliation of actually being caught. And the piano recitals, the high school graduations, weddings…there is simply no end to the indignity that a snorer must suffer.

So what can you do to avoid finding yourself in such a shameful situation? Stay at home while friends and family go out to enjoy the company of others?

Maybe you can find the most uncomfortable position possible to ensure that you stand absolutely no chance of dozing when you’re in any public situation. Or perhaps you can just commit yourself to forever avoiding churches, chairs, or warm auditoriums.

I’ve long believed that there must be a better solution and I’ve found it with The Stop Snoring Exercise Program.

Your snoring might have been brought on by stress. It may be the result of a physical condition, congested nasal passages, or the simple by-product of getting older. Regardless of the reason behind your snoring, The Stop Snoring Exercise Program can address the issues you face.

With exercises specifically geared toward increasing tone and developing muscle strength your snoring problems can be significantly reduced or totally eliminated.

At the same time, you’ll be improving your breathing and increasing respiratory flow. Preparing for ‘snoreless sleep’ can take a bit of effort but it can certainly be done with practice.

Give yourself a break! Lose the embarrassment of sleeping in public forever. Once you’ve mastered the art of breathing correctly, you can sleep through any sermon, snooze through every speech, and catnap your way through every company presentation for the rest of your life.
