Snoring And Erectile Dysfunction

Is possible a connection between snoring and erectile dysfunction?

I’ve noticed what at first may look like a strange pattern. Many clients who bought my stop snoring program later purchased and benefited from my erectile dysfunction program and vise verse.

Non of my other program has such a clear synchronization.

Snoring and erectile dysfunction both happen to be most common among men over 40. This is however not the real reason for this connection between these two totally different programs.

The real reason is that the underlying cause for snoring is very similar to the underlying cause for erectile dysfunction.

Snoring can even lead to erectile dysfunction and vise versa.

Erectile dysfunction is caused by lack of blood flow into the penis. This is most often caused by tension and weakness of the muscles around the genital area. Train these muscles and you’ll be healed.

Snoring is caused blocks in the breathing passages. These blocks are caused by tension and weakness of the muscles around the breathing passages. Train these muscles and you’ll be trained.

But these two conditions are often merely a sign of a bigger underlying problem. Men who snore or suffer from erectile dysfunction are very likely to experience stroke and heart attack. Actually, they’re almost guaranteed to suffer either one of these attacks at some point, unless they do something about their conditions.

Why Is That?

Well, these small, delicate muscles (around the genitals and breathing passages) don’t get weak or tense over night. Little by little the narrowing of the veins (caused by cholesterol, smoking and all that), harden and weaken them.

Emotional tension also makes these muscles tense and blocks the nutrition flow through them.

Snoring has another serious side effect.

Or rather sleep apnea has another serious side effects. Many snorers suffer from sleep apnea without even realizing it. Sleep apnea is the condition where the breathing passage completely closes up several times a night, causing the feeling of suffocation. Those who suffer from this condition often wake up (completely or unconsciously) gasping for air.

This tension causes the veins and the muscles in the back of the neck to harden. Little by little, they get narrower and narrower and can’t deliver enough oxygen up to the brain. If anything goes wrong after that, the person suffer stroke.

The veins and the muscles in the neck are not the only thing that tense due to the oxygen deprivation of snoring (sleep apnea). The same thing can happen to the heart. The same thing happens to the veins and muscles around the genital area, causing erectile dysfunction.

So What Is The Solution?

To deal with the condition itself and heal the harm that has already been done, you must train these muscles and relief them of the tension that burden them. These are small muscles that we usually never pay any attention to or train.

Does anybody except me talk about training the throat? How about training the small delicate muscles that help us pee? Nobody sees these muscles but they’re essential to our health and well being.

If you suffer from snoring, you’ll focus on the muscles around the throat using the exercises fro the stop snoring exercises program.

If you suffer from erectile dysfunction, you’ll focus on the muscles around the genitals using the exercises fro the erectile dysfunction program.

If you have both snoring and ED (like I explained in the beginning that many of my clients do) then you’ll want to put  a double effort in, exercising both areas.

And then, you may want to think about changing your life style. The heart attack prevention propaganda is so strong that you probably know a lot about what is recommended to prevent this condition.

Apply this knowledge to preventing other underlying causes of erectile dysfunction, snoring and stroke. What’s good for your heart is good for your overall health.
