The Cause of Vertigo and Dizziness

All of my programs come from my passion for helping people overcome health problems and disorders that doctors are having trouble curing or preventing. My vertigo and dizziness program was developed after I experienced a serious dizzy spell that I never saw coming.

I was out in pretty cold weather in high altitude, and I was chopping wood. Before I knew what was happening, the world began to spin around me and I found myself becoming dizzy.

I found myself incapable of standing. This was an all new feeling that was really unusual for me.

It was then that an idea struck me all of a sudden. I was not getting as much oxygen as my body needed in this altitude and cold weather. My brain, especially, was not receiving the oxygen or the nutrition that it needed. My blood should have been delivering these things, but my blood was not traveling as it was meant to.

There are a number of different situations and circumstances that lead to dizziness and vertigo, but could there are similar causes behind each of these situations, like nutritional deprivation and oxygen.

I decided to test this concept using a specific approach to see if the same deficiencies were what were causing vertigo and dizziness in other people as well. I don’t test my ideas on animals or in oversized studies with human subjects. Instead, I conduct as much research as I can, and I draw my conclusions accordingly.

And I found out that oxygen and nutritional deprivation up to the brain was the single largest cause both for vertigo and for dizziness.

The exercises in my special Vertigo and Dizziness program for combating the causes of vertigo and dizziness work specifically to increase oxygen intake to the body, which in turn increases the quality and quantity of the blood flow directly into the brain.

These exercises are also useful for relaxing the muscles that relate to the balance system in the eyes and in the ears.

The Mystery About Fibromyalgia

As it stands, there are simply no solutions for Fibromyalgia available from doctors. That does not mean there is no hope, however. One of the biggest problems surrounding Fibromyalgia right now is the fact that it is difficult to diagnose.

Fibromyalgia is more of a chronic syndrome than a disease, and it comes with a myriad of symptoms, including muscle, bone and joint pain, problems with sleeping and excessive fatigue.

Right now, there is no known cause for Fibromyalgia, and the doctors who are working on its research have conflicting ideas with one another. Some doctors have even come to believe hat Fibromyalgia is all in the mind and that there are no physiological causes.

There are no physical indicators of Fibromyalgia, other than what those suffering from it can relate to their doctors. There are no visible signs for muscle cramps or pain, or fatigue and tired feelings. These are only things that we can verbalize, no physical proof which is why doctors cannot diagnose them.

There are a number of different treatments for Fibromyalgia, including pain killers, muscle relaxants and a number of other drugs that have been shown to give relief from some of the syndrome’s symptoms, but since Fibromyalgia is difficult to diagnose, it is difficult to measure how much of the effects of the syndrome are actually being affected. Some doctors recommend other therapies, but while Fibromyalgia symptoms can be lessened, they have never been completely eliminated.

Those who are suffering from Fibromyalgia have a number of difficulties relating to feelings of exhaustion, tiredness and fatigue. Three Sides Of Hypertension

There are three main causes for hypertension…

  • genetic causes
  • dietary causes
  • causes relating to emotional tension and stress

The most devastating of these three causes is the third factor, emotional tension.

Genetic Factors:

These factors play an important role in the cause of primary hypertension.

Researchers and scientists are not currently sure which genes are actually responsible for the development of hypertension.

The individual characteristics of each person are determined by proteins that are produced by genes and chromosomes.

The research that has been conducted in this field already has been primarily focused on factors affecting the renin-angiotensin-andosterone system which is responsible for helping the body regulate its blood pressure, primarily by controlling the balance of salt, and the state of elasticity within the arteries.

More than 30% of all cases of primary hypertension can be attributed to genetic factors.

What this means is that despite a healthy nutrition and fitness plan, those with the high blood pressure genes in their system already may still have to deal with the disease. (This can however been avoided and dealt with. I’ll explain how later in this article.)

For example, high blood pressure or hypertension seems to be most common for people of African heritage in the United States.

The lowest numbers of hypertension tend to relate to Asian Americans. And people who have been born to two hypertensive parents have a tendency to also develop the condition.

It is rare for unusual genetic disorders to have anything to do with primary hypertension, as these cases typically identify secondary hypertension instead.

Dietary Causes:

There are a number of dietary factors that can lead to the development of hypertension, including drinking too much alcohol, consuming too much caffeine, and eating the wrong things.
Being overweight in general can have a large impact on whether or not you develop hypertension, especially when you already have the genetics that lead to the disorder.

Regardless of whether you are overweight or not, eating the wrong foods can cause a steep increase in your blood pressure.

Foods that are rich in cholesterol, Tran saturated fats and an excess of salt are good examples of these bad foods.

Being overweight is one of the largest “environmental” causes for hypertension.

Drinking too much caffeine or too much coffee can also lead to issues stemming from hypertension development if you do not seriously limit the intake of these beverages. In moderation, both are okay.

Emotional Tension and Stress:

If you take on too much more than you can handle at home, or at work, or with social obligations, you may find yourself with a lot of unnecessary stress.

This stress will stick with you a lot longer than you realize, and can cause many health problems including hypertension.

Worrying too much is another cause for hypertension, as anxiety generally leads to a spike in the blood pressure.

If you make worrying a habit, or stress yourself out too much, you can cause chronic hypertension.

Emotional tension and stress is the more prevalent contributing factor for hypertension, and even if there are no hereditary or dietary causes, you can still develop chronic problems with hypertension simply because of your level of emotional tension and stress.

How I Came Up With My New Weight Loss Program

Let me tell you a story…

Over the years, I’ve been receiving loads of email – to the tune of hundreds in a single day – from satisfied customers who made the choice to try out one of my Health Guides. The ones that surprised me the most was when my customers tell me that, aside from finally enjoying lasting freedom from their ailments, they also lost weight as an added bonus.

I remember thinking, “Wow, that’s swell. But how in the world did that happen?”

How Obesity Causes Most Other Health Problems

I believe obesity is the biggest (pun intended) health problem of all, as a host of other serious medical conditions has it high on their list of causes. As I’ve mentioned in the previous post, many of these obesity-caused medical conditions engage it in a vicious cycle that won’t end until remedied. Examples of such are as follows:

Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is one of these medical conditions. The hearts of obese individuals have to work much harder to supply all that extra fat with oxygen, leading to the hardening of arteries. As arteries become narrower, cholesterol and other fatty deposits begin creating choke points for the blood and may cause strokes, heart attacks, and erectile dysfunction.

My Natural Blood Pressure Exercise Program has been proven over and over again to normalize blood pressure even for severely overweighted people. But it does not deal with all the cholesterol building and other factors of being overweight.

Diabetes is another problem caused by obesity. All that extra fat in the body can create a resistance to insulin, which causes blood sugar levels to rise. I don’t even know where to begin on the problems that diabetes causes further down the line.

The additional fat on the chest and neck area can also cause sleep apnea and snoring. A person suffering from sleep apnea stops breathing for several seconds, several times an hour, while asleep. The body gets less oxygen this way, causing the heart to work overtime and may lead to hypertension.

Obesity can even cause psychosocial tension in the individual, since the stigma of being “fat” always stings. Very sadly, obese teenagers have gone so far as to favor suicide over the torment.

I’ve known these things for years, and I knew that there had to be some way to curb the rise of obesity in today’s society. That’s why I’ve spent the past several months developing my new Weight Loss Program. With it, overweight individuals can enjoy lasting freedom from a host of illnesses by cutting down on the big underlying cause – obesity.

How Being Overweight Causes Snoring And Sleep Apnea

Sleep Apnea is a medical condition characterized by interrupted breathing patterns during sleep. A sufferer of sleep apnea, who most likely snores very loudly, may stop breathing for 10-20 seconds while asleep, then resumes breathing with a gasp, choke, or loud snort. This may happen anywhere from five to 30 times an hour, and the decreased amount of oxygen in the blood can be life threatening.

Sleep apnea affects one in about every 25 adults, but 90% of all sleep apnea cases aren’t reported. This is because the sufferer often does not wake up during these episodes of non-breathing, so they often aren’t aware of the medical condition. It’s often the sufferer’s bed partner or roommate who initially notices the symptoms.

It’s common knowledge that obesity is a cause of sleep apnea (the additional fat around the neck pushes against the airways). What isn’t as well-known is the fact that sleep apnea also causes obesity in return – the decreased amounts of oxygen in the blood triggers a “panic mode” in the body, causing it to store more fat to compensate for decreased energy reserves.

It’s a vicious cycle that doesn’t end until remedied.

If you’re overweight, suffer from sore/dry throats and headaches in the morning, and generally feel tired during the day, then there’s a good chance that you suffer from sleep apnea.

Most doctors will advise you to lose weight, claiming that even a 10% reduction in weight will curb sleep apnea and help you sleep better. It’s helpful advice, but 10% of your body weight doesn’t sound so easy to shed once you do the math.

That’s where my Snoring Program comes in.
