A few days ago, I offered to answer any questions regarding high blood pressure or my new hypertension program. Here are the questions and answers…

Saturnino Ricote Asked:
I’m now 73 and I’ve had high blood presure since my 40’s, although it has eversince been controlled by drugs. Consequently, you can imagine my anxiety to know further details of your program and its three simple exersizes.
Answer: In the group of 10 people who have been working my hypertension program, there was one person in a very similar situation as yours. He’s 71 years old. When he was around 49, he was diagnosed for the first time with high blood pressure. He has been on medication for over 20 years.
Two weeks after he began working my program, he lowered his daily doze of blood pressure drugs to only half of what he took before. Now, he’s totally off drugs with normal blood pressure.
So I think you’ll also be happy with the results of the program.

Neill Asked:
Dear Christian,
When my blood pressure reached 190/100 I went on medication. Now without medication it’s about 160/95, with medication about 150/85. No medication has been able to bring the top number below 150. The doctors say “ignore it.” Should I take their advice and ignore it?
Is there another way to drop it below 150? Is it important to do so? I would like to understand better what is going on.
BTW I’m in my 60s, happy, working and in otherwise good health.
Neill
Answer: Most doctors claim the higher number doesn’t matter very much. It’s partly true.
What can however be dangerous is the difference between the lower and higher beat. The tension put on your arteries when the pressure goes up maybe 60, 70, 80 with every beat, is a lot.
It’s like getting a light beating, 90 times a minute.
My program has shown to lower both the higher and lower number. It balances the blood pressure, putting it into a normal state Instead of just “controlling” it, like drugs do.

John Asked:
How can high blood pressure be lowered which is caused by sleep apnea? But, after the sleep apnea is reduced the high blood pressure remains?
Answer: This is a very common problem.
Sleep apnea often triggers high blood pressure. But after the symptoms of sleep apnea are reduced using oxygen machine (or even after people heal them self using my stop snoring exercises), the body is used to the serious “crisis state” the sleep apnea causes. Plus the arteries have hardened, due to the high blood pressure.
So the the only thing that works is then to bring your body back from the “crisis thinking”, by relaxing the mind and body and releasing the emotional tension your body carries. That’s what the high blood pressure exercises I’ve developed do.

Clyde List Asked:
I saw a booklet on “breathing properly” written by a Yoga master many years ago (but now I can’t find the book). There have been some discussion on Compuserve about recent studies of the relationship between breathing and BP.
You might also discuss the relationship between salt intake and BP. (Can you give yourself HBP by ingesting too much salt?)
Also, if a person has water retention issues that elevate BP, is that the same thing as having HBP?
Answer: Focused breathing is effective to reduce blood pressure. All the exercises in my program use breathing in one way or another.
I use breathing to focus (meditating on the breathing), relax, and release feelings. All in combined in these simple exercises. So breathing is very effective.
Too much salt can definitely raise blood pressure. And yes, water retention issues can also affect blood pressure. Stress is however the main cause of high blood pressure.

DR YOUSEF ALBADER Asked:
HOW CAN GET THE PROGRAM?
Answer: That’s a simple question
You’ll be able to order the program on line at this link in only a few days…

Linda Asked:
Hi Christian,
I don’t take drugs unless it is absolutely necessary. When my doctor told me I had to take two drugs for my blood pressure because it was getting a bit high, I did. One is for water retention. High blood pressure runs in my family. I hate taking them and would love to find a way to get off of them. Any ideas you have, I’d welcome.
P.S. I’m still doing well with the snoring exercises. I should say…not snoring exercises. LOL
Answer: My new blood pressure reduction program has been proven more effective than anything I’ve ever read about to deal with hypertension. It will be available in only a few days.
And great to hear about your continuous success with the Stop Snoring exercises. It’s a great feeling to sleep peacefully through the whole night, isn’t it.

Jeff Asked:
How can blood pressure effect your hands and feet? (like sweating, numbness, swelling…)
Answer: High blood pressure hardens the arteries . Little by little, these hard arteries can deliver less and less oxygen filled blood through them. Then the heart tries to work harder to get more blood through the hardened arteries , causing even higher blood pressure. This is the reason why hypertension is the most common cause for causes stroke and heart attacks.
But it’s not only the fine arteries in the heart and brain that suffer. Hypertension eventually causes less blood flow into the hands and feet. This ruins the metabolisms in every cell in your body. Less oxygen and nurture can be delivered to the cells and less toxic can be taken away from them.
This of course causes all kind of problems that are not always directly connected to high blood pressure, such as numbness and swelling.
Another factor is that the stress and anxiety that causes high blood pressure, also causes all kind of other health issues. By dealing with the underlying tension, you’ll eliminate these health issues too.

Andrew Coe Asked:
Hi Christian,
What causes low and high blood pressure ?
Answer: Stress and anxiety.
Often, only a mild stress and anxiety. But it’s enough to cause high blood pressure. Sometimes even in people who would think they were totally relaxed and happy with their life.
No wonder this is the biggest health issue we face!
You see, we live in a very complicated times. In the old days, before civilization, it was very clear if you were in danger or not. If some bigger animal was sneaking up to you or attacking you, it was a clear danger. Adrenalin and other stress hormones were released, the heart began to pump faster to provide enough oxygen into the arms and legs. The person was ready to either fight or flight.
Nowadays, this is much more complicated. Most of us are surrounded by thousands of people we’ve never seen before, every day. We are often in a situation were we can’t just attack somebody or run away from them if we “feel” we’re in danger. An angry boss is a good example of this. We see horrible scenes on the TV and in the movies. We have to figure out new things every day.
This is all more stressful than you could possible imagine and puts tension on your system that causes high blood pressure.
The solution is to relax the body and mind. Give your self a brake. A few minutes a day can make a big difference.

Finally…
I’ll be launching the new high blood pressure program very soon. Probably tomorrow.
For the first 48 hours, I’ll give a $20 discount of the program. When the 48 hours are over, the price will be normal. There are no exceptions.
The normal price is very low, only $49. But if you want to get it for a steel, keep your eyes open for the 48 hours launch special.
Again, you’ll be able to order the program here…
Hope this was helpful,
Christian Goodman
