Your body has an amazing power to heal itself. There are examples of virtually every disease known to man being healed using natural methods.
The traditional medical system considers many of these illnesses incurable.
Our body takes care of most diseases without us even getting involved. All you have to do is work with your body and mind. Unfortunately, many of us tend to do the opposite.
There are 3 mental attributes you need to have to succeed with any kind of natural healing. If you have these attributes, anything is possible. Without them, not even the most effective cures will help.
These attributes are…
- Focus
- Indifference
- Patience
Let’s look at each attribute in detail…
Attribute 1 Focus:
You must focus on health.
Your goal is total health. Your condition is what you want to overcome. It’s important to focus on being healthy (the goal) rather than curing condition (the obstacle).
Your subconscious only understands positive focus. So if you think “I don’t want to be sick any more”, your subconscious understands it as “I want to be sick”.
The better your focus is, the quicker and better your healing will be. There are many ways to sharpen your focus.
You’ve probably tried one or more of my programs with good results. You can find them all on the right site of this page.
Most of my programs heal specific condition using simple exercises. These exercises have specific solutions, such as opening the breathing passages, loosening up specific muscles or increasing the blood flow throughout the body. These are the necessary “physical” effects of my programs.
But they also provide another kind of healing.
Every time you practice any of the exercises in my program, you’re mentally focusing on becoming healthy. You’re putting out the the intent to heal your condition. You’re not only focusing with your mind, you’re focusing with your body.
I’ve found this kind of focused intent much more effective than simple “positive statements” or “visualizations” taught by many self-help-gurus.
Your subconscious listens much better to actions than words or even pictures.
Other ways to focus on natural health is to take natural medicines, lie in a magnetic machine or have a healer put their hands over you.
In all cases, you’re taking action and focusing on health. All these methods have some “physical” effects but the focus is nevertheless very important.
Attribute 2: Indifference
You may think the two first attributes contradict each other. If you give it a little thought, you’ll see both statements flow with each other.
As important as the focus is, it’s even more important not to obsess about the results. Obsessing on the healing process ruins it and puts your healing in the reverse gear.
Americans are very result and a goaldriven nation. This works up to some degree but in the long run it will actually get in your way. Instead focus on working your solution.
There are many examples of people who tried everything to beat their “incurable” cancer. They finally gave up and decided to relax and enjoy nature. They forgot about their condition and a few months later, their cancer was gone.
I’m seeing a concrete example of this these days.
There is a small group of people testing my new reducing blood pressure exercises program. The results are outstanding. Every single person has drastically lowered their blood pressure.
I noticed in the beginning that about 1/3 of the group was struggling. When I investigated why, I found out that those were the people who had blood pressure gouge at home and checked their pressure every day. Sometimes even twice a day. They were obsessed about the exercises and obsessed about the results.
This actually made their blood pressure go up!
When they stopped obsessing, focused on relaxing and working the program, and began only measuring the blood pressure once a week, they discovered a drastic lowering of pressure from week to week.
So focus on what you want (health and well being), focus on practicing the exercises (or what ever else you’re doing to heal your self) as often as you can. But forget about the results and stop beating your self up for not doing it well enough.
Like Nike says: Just Do It!
Attribute 3: Patience and endurance
You must stick to what you’re doing, even if you don’t see results right away. If you’re following a solution you’ve concluded that has helped others and will most likely help you, stick to it till it works in your life.
Don’t leave before the miracle happens.
My programs do not work for everyone, nothing does.
Once in a while people email me and ask me why the program hasn’t worked. The most common reason is; they gave up before the exercises began to work. If I motivate them to keep on practising, most often they get healed shortly after.
Many natural healers I know have the same story to tell.
We live in “I want it all and I want it now” world. We demand a pill that will fix everything right NOW!
Most of the time conditions have been developing for a long time. So nothing could fix that condition in a day without ruining something else.
Natural methods and medicines often take longer time to show results than the traditional medical approaches (surgery and drugs). But since they work on the underlying cause for your condition , they provide more permanent cure.
And what’s even better, natural cures don’t create new problems when solving the old..
You may be working one of my programs or something else. It doesn’t matter. What ever you’re doing to heal yourself, go over if you’re using these 3 attributes. If not, how can you apply these attributes to your healing process.
