Twice in the past 18 months I have had bp of 340 systolic.
I am delighted when I get it down to the 140s or 150s. I am still looking for a BP pill that will work for me. I will get back to you if I am unsuccessful.
Thankyou.

I started listening during the excerises immediately and after four days of use my BP has dropped from 149/75 to a low in the morning 128/70 to afternoon reading of 135/72. Hope this program continues with success for the future. Goal is have BP reading below 120/80.

Dear Christian Goodman,

Thanks for your latest message. You should know that I'm seventy-five, have been retired for eighteen years and my latest BP reading was 142/85.
Definitely higher than it should be. Will consider you offer further down the road. In the meantime, best wishes.

I would agree that taking ones own blood pressure can cause it to elevate but a simple solution is to learn to relax completely other wise you will get a higher
reading and take it once a day at the same time. also thinking about lowering your blood presure whilst taking a reading is a novel way of getting a better
bp reading but you must be relaxed.
regards

Hey Christian,
Thanks for keeping me in the loop on your program.
Currently, I'm exploring an alternative solution and plan to give it some time.
Like one of your previous respondents, I don't take home readings because they go up and it's like a positive feedback system.

If my alternative doesn't work, I'll definitely try your program.

Grace and Peace,
Jerry M

Hi Christian,

My big problem is that a few years ago I developed a full blown phobia regards BP.
To be honest I've been putting off going to the doctors for a couple of months now and try not to think about it because I know that the very thought immediately causes it to soar.
I've tried so many cds over the years on relaxation and have become very dismayed.
So that's my situation and last at GP surgery despite 4 medications it was 160/105 although at times in past I've had a lot higher at home so I now don't do home readings.
I know that it's the anxiety that is the insoluble problem otherwise I'm fairly rational and logic.
What do I do?
